Suede people song project

Postby some albino » 07 Mar 2012, 22:21

Due to popular demand...

I'm doing a project of songs about Suede people this year. My plan is to do a song each month. Each song is about a person I met through Suede, about things I associate with the band, or a song that was inspired by them.

This is the first one to come out.

This is the second song. It will as well be the title song of the project. In fact I recorded it first. And it sums up what it's all about.

My next song, about missing a Suede friend. Due to loads of trouble, I couldn't do it earlier.

Great, GREAT songs SA!!! And great idea too!!!...

Really liked 'The Sync Between Us', reminded me a bit of PSB and New Order... Very nice!

'The Memories Of Us' was really beautifully mournful... good stuff! :D

Belated thank you Mark. Being compared to PSB or New Order sounds not that bad.

Indeed it was mournful. I'll forever mourn for Suede friends far away… you surely understand.

Finally a new song.

When writing songs about Suedeheads, one inevitably has to deal with M.

This time around, it's about a Suede fan failing to find love, but meeting up with one of her idols instead, ending up in London, Suedetown.

Thank you Mark.

I'm working on another track, but things keep delaying.

To reveal already something: it's about a Suede fan leaving her life behind and returning home...
