it was just announced by the greek promoter that suede will play a gig in athens, september 11 @ entertainment stage

i've just read on the promoter's twitter that suede will play a gig in athens @ entertainment stage (a nice venue) in september.the exact date will be announced shortly.

no.mat osman wrote on his twitter that it is because of the general strikes in Greece and the promoters didn't mention any reason on the press release. it's obvious that the ticket presale didn't go as well as expected (due to economical crisis i suppose and to the priorities each one has)...and it'...

the 2nd day of the festival suede were going to perform in Greece is officially cancelled. (james, suede, subways)
Suede and James will perform new, solo shows in Greece this september / october. So we'll have to wait a bit longer ...

nice show under heavy rain! i think Brett has caught a cold though...he should protect his voice before the upcoming shows! It is also strange he didn't even say a word like hello or thank you to the crowd! No "wild ones"?or maybe an encore with the wild ones and saturday night followed? p...

i'll hang around this time.
i was at suede's 2003 concert in thessaloniki.it was a very special one for me, not only for its "experimental" setlist (brett reading some parts of the lyrics of the new songs etc), but mainly because i met the band afterwards.

i'd like to hear "teenage rose" or "music like sex" live again ..

we'll be ready this time!

suede return to Thessaloniki in Greece for a festival appearance (2310festival with james also on the line up) on july the 7th!
