no one's cup of tea it seems!!!!! I was just plain bored lol!!!! Worse than that igloo or eskimo bloke or whatever his name was that did his buskers routine at SBE - as I said before you can see/hear all that kind of thing for free on the underground if you want!!!! - just a guy playing the same sounding song over and over again on his acoustic guitar!!!!! Ok for first couple of songs but then just becomes hmmm...!!!! Wasn't bad just boring!!!!! And TNP just didn't suit that kind of show - I don't know just were like hmmmmmmmmmmmmmm!!!! Can't actually remember much about them apart from those ear bursting drums at the start, some sort of string quartet which didn't seem to fit the sound and a guy singing but you couldn't actually make out any of what he was singing - maybe i'm wrong - I did disappear a couple of times!! Nice to here 'Bodies' before the start of the show though!!! Love a bit of 'Pistols!!!!!! :D :D :D

Yes i'd imagine that Brett probably had a say in who supported him especially as it was a charity gig. When it's an official tour more often than not the record label decides and trys to promote a band from the same label.

From my (rubbish) seats at the RAH I could see backstage and Brett was watching the support band, I'd say he was there for about 90% of their set foot tapping along.

He might've been just curious and interested  ... or time went by a bit faster and he didn't want to get more nervous, maybe

I actually liked the string-winds-part of it - it was really interesting and I liked it  , but when he started to sing it got really strange and all in all it wasn't my cup of tea, then.
