Bernard Butler Record Producers Special - tonight at 10

Two Suede related programmes in one day? It's 1999 all over again. This is an hour long Bernard Butler special on BBC Radio 2 at 10PM in the UK. May be a repeat but I'd not heard it before.
Apparently 'The programme includes rare access to demo recordings from both Suede and Duffy'.

Was great!!! Thanx for mentioning this - great to hear parts of the original 4 track demo of The Wild Ones and the show presenter discussed how the track was produced and constructed and compared the original with the final version....! nice!!

of course i do my dear lol!!! It's just that it means recording it , then recording onto dvd, then uploading - and you know how lazy I am!!!!
I bet someone will do that anyway - we'll see!!!! I might if you're both good children for me lol!!!!!
They actually only played little bits of the original demo (which of course sounded a bit shit but was interesting to listen to the discussion of how it would've been constructed, recorded and the comparison between it and the final version...
Be interesting to hear what the other demos are...
Oh and they played Refugees too when talking about The Tears which is always nice....!
Oh think they played Metal Mickey and The Drowners too!! Oh and they also showed how Yes by McAlmont and Butler was also put together vocally and the dubbing techniques used - was interesting to hear the seperate parts of the songs!!!!
