I think I've said this before, but I'd order the extermination of all dogs. The meat could be frozen to feed the poor and starving across the globe.

I'd cancel reality TV.

No, I'd keep it. See, then you could use Nielsen or whatever to figure out who's watching that stuff, and then you could tax the shit out of them or otherwise use them for your own ends, because they'd be the sort of people who are too stupid or lazy to fight back.
