Why on earth the embarrassment lol???!!! It's not embarrassing to admit a band are a big part of your life - Suede/Brett/The Tears - in fact anything Brett Anderson related is a MASSIVE part of my life and I don't care who knows - It's no different to loving a football team or other sports team or personality or comedian or tv show or film star or whatever - we all have to have things in life we love that give us pleasure - what's the point in being alive otherwise???... If I didn't have things that made me happy then I certainly wouldn't bother hanging around this planet lol!!!!!
