Half of all teenagers in England and Wales are being failed by secondary schools that focus on brighter children destined to go on to higher education, according to a damning new report from the thinktank Demos.

good point sun... there is always pressure on puils 'bettering' themselves but maybe some just want to go out and have a job and live their life - or do we want a society where every single person is a doctor, or lawyer, or architect etc???... society is too weird these days, trying to force people to do things they don't want to do!!!!...
